We invite you to take part in our Holiday Scavenger Hunt. Take your family for a walk (or drive) through the neighborhood to see all of the holiday lights. Use the form to follow the clues and note the house numbers for each of the houses with a clue. Send your completed form - via email or mail - no later than Dec. 26 in order to be eligible for the random drawing for one (1) $100 Georgetown Bakery gift card. Contest open to Copperfield residents only. On Dec. 31, the board of directors will conduct the random drawing among all entries received on or before Dec. 26.
Harbison Development, the developer of Copperfield, has around a dozen mailboxes with the paper holders and posts for sale that are leftover. They cost around $300+ now brand new but Harbison will sell the complete mailbox/post for $125. They are pre-numbered so numbers will need to be swapped out (the official numbers can be purchased - see the information under FAQ). Contact the HOA if you are interested.
The wood on the wishing wells needed to be stained and sealed again. A light color stain was applied to each wishing well which will continue to protect the wood from the weather and keep it in good shape for the future!
The Town of Georgetown painted STOP sign lettering and lines at the stop signs throughout our neighborhood. |
